AKGIS Guidance Counselors Training

On the 28th of October 2021, Tabitha Cumi Foundation hosted Guidance Counsellors from the 20 AKGIS implementing schools in the FCT in a training program on Menstrual Health Management the training took place at Blue Hills Kado. Mrs Victoria Aleogena, a menstrual hygiene consultant facilitated the training and the ED of TCF Arc Adetayo Erinle was on ground to support the facilitator and attend to matters arising from the guidance counsellors especially on GBV concerns in their schools.

The primary purpose of the training is for guidance counsellors to be trained to provide an oversight support to peer mentors and project beneficiaries. It was highly interactive and educative.
