Midline Dissemination Meeting on the Flashlight Action On Girls Safety (FLAGS) project funded by UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women and Girls.
We recently held a dissemination meeting to share our findings from the qualitative and quantitative assessment conducted with 250 respondents in the 10 FLAGS implementation communities of the FCT, Niger and Nasarawa states.
The Executive Director of Tabitha Cumi Foundation Arc. Tayo Erinle welcomed the guests and gave an overview of the FLAGS project during her opening remarks.
The meeting had in attendance partners and critical stakeholders from the FCT Police Gender Desk Officer, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Federal Ministry of Education, DME, Child Protection Network, NMEC, NATCOM UNESCO, NOGALSS, Media, Faith and Traditional Leaders as well as the project beneficiaries from our communities of practice.
After the midline assessment presentation, the participants have a shared understanding of the progress made from the analyzed data, GBV prevention and response emerging issues as well as the way forward.
