Tabitha Cumi Foundation team joined the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs to commemorate the 2023 World Menstrual Health & Hygiene Management Day with theme: WE ARE COMMITTED.

The event took place at GSS Tudun Wada Abuja on the 31st of May 2023. Highlights from the event was a presentation on Menstruation, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Spoken words from Tabitha Cumi Foundation AKGIS girls, Quiz competition, Cultural display, Panel discussion by representatives of Ministries and NGOs on challenges around menstruation and how to use reusable pad.

In attendance were: the Director of Gender Affairs, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and other high-level stakeholders.
